- Explore the diverse answers Yoga philosophy offers to life’s big questions: Who am I? What is the purpose of my existence?
- Learn the fundamental concepts of Yoga philosophy and their relevance to modern life.
- Trace the evolution of the term “Yoga” from its origins to the present day.
- Gain insights into Patañjali’s Yogasūtra and the eightfold path, Aṣṭāṅga.
- Experience Yoga firsthand through meditation, Prāṇāyāma (yogic breathing), and chanting of mantras together.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who:
- Wants to understand Yoga beyond the physical practice,
- Is curious about answers to existential questions,
- Seeks a deeper connection with themselves,
- Wishes to grasp the original context of the term “Aṣṭāṅga.”
