  • Learn the fundamental concepts of Yoga philosophy and their relevance to modern life.
  • Trace the evolution of the term “Yoga” from its origins to the present day.
  • Gain insights into Patañjali’s Yogasūtra and the eightfold path, Aṣṭāṅga.
  • Experience Yoga firsthand through meditation, Prāṇāyāma (yogic breathing), and chanting of mantras together.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who:

  • Wants to understand Yoga beyond the physical practice,
  • Is curious about answers to existential questions,
  • Seeks a deeper connection with themselves,
  • Wishes to grasp the original context of the term “Aṣṭāṅga.”
