All the methods offered by me have in common that they support us on our path through life and our path towards ourselves. The goals are more joy in life, more trust into our inner voice and the strength to then follow this voice.

Each one of these approaches has made my life richer – which is why I want to share them. At the same time, it is important that you find out what is right for you.

Ashtanga Yoga is especially attractive to people who like to move and who through movement are able to get more into touch with themselves.

At first, it seems that the effect is only physical. However, it can also strongly transform on all other levels – energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. A similar power of transformation can be found in energy work, which primarily works on the emotional and energetic level.

Pranayama influences the physical body as well as the emotional and energetic level. In addition, it prepares the body for deep meditation.

Meditation is also effective on the spiritual level, as is the exploration of yoga philosophy. Chanting and learning Sanskrit can also lead to meditative states.

Family- and systemic constellations work primarily on the emotional and the mental level.
