The primary goal for the initial session is for us to get to know each other personally and to develop a shared understanding of your objectives and expectations. This interaction can lead to the conclusion that further collaboration would beneficial, in which case, we will jointly define a frame for those interactions, including their frequency. In other cases, the introduction session can lead to a clear impulse for a decision and that no further meetings are required.

Please note that the initial session, as well as any subsequent coaching, can easily be conducted online in most cases.
