Coaching and energy work

Coaching and Energy Work – Two Paths to Transformation

Coaching is like creating a map: it helps you orient yourself, gain clarity, and take concrete action steps. Through conversations and reflection, I support you in clarifying your goals and developing strategies.

Energy work, on the other hand, is intuitive and more experienced in the body. It’s like immersing yourself in a river that carries you while washing away obstacles: it gives you strength and courage, releases tension, and restores your balance.

Coaching:

  • Clarification of goals and values
  • Development of strategies and action plans
  • Strengthening self-efficacy
  • Overcoming obstacles

Energy Work:

  • Releasing emotional and energetic blockages
  • Harmonizing energy flow
  • Promoting relaxation and inner calm
  • Activating self-healing abilities

At the same time, both approaches are deeply interconnected and complementary: in my coaching, I naturally incorporate elements of energy work and systemic therapy – and vice versa.

Coaching

As a coach, I support people navigating challenging life situations.

Coaching on-site

The focus is often on fundamental questions of direction – for example, when facing pivotal decisions, seeking meaning and purpose, or striving to live in alignment with one’s values.

Typical concerns people bring to me include:

  • “Should I change careers or stay in my current role?”
  • “Why do I keep encountering the same type of person in my relationships?”
  • “How can I find inner balance and live a fulfilling life?”

Together, we develop new perspectives and create actionable strategies. You gain clarity about your goals, values, and needs, while strengthening your sense of self-efficacy.

Regardless of whether you are responsible for a company, work in a leadership position, are employed, self-employed, or come to me as a private individual, my coaching always focuses on you as a person first.

I support you in finding your own solutions and achieving your goals—whether you are navigating the challenges of a leadership role, pursuing professional ambitions, or seeking personal growth.

For business owners and top executives, it may be interesting to know that I spent over 16 years as Member of the Executive Board of a DAX-company. This means, I have first-hand experience with many of the professional and personal challenges such a role entails (even though this was over 20 years ago).

Coaching online

Process and Pricing

The primary goal for the initial session is for us to get to know each other personally and to develop a shared understanding of your objectives and expectations.

This interaction can lead to the conclusion that further collaboration would beneficial, in which case, we will jointly define a frame for those interactions, including their frequency.

In other cases, the introduction session can already lead to a clear impulse for a decision and that no further meetings are required.

The initial coaching session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours and costs 150 €. If we decide to work together over a longer period, the fee is €120 for 60 minutes (or €100 for 45 minutes).

The initial consultation, as well as the entire coaching process, can take place either on-site or online.

My approach

My approach to coaching has been influenced a lot by Dr.Wolfgang Looss and Pater Rupert Laywith whom I worked intensely during my years as a manager in the health care industry.

Of course, the way that I coach is also influenced by my personal experiences, methods of systemic therapy and concepts from energy work as well as systemic constellation work.

you can only help him find it within himself.”

Energy work

Energy work is a further approach through which I would like to support people on their path to a self-determined life. The aim is the liberation from limiting thought patterns and belief systems, towards inner independence.

Within this approach, the term “energy work” describes certain techniques that have their effects on the energetic level, in the yoga vocabulary one would say “in the energy body”.

In my experience, a release of blockages on this energetic level increase our vitality and enhance our physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Cost of Energy Work

The initial session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours and costs 150 €.

My hourly rate for ongoing, regularly scheduled energy treatments over an extended period is 120 €. The exact duration primarily depends on your need for verbal exchange. An energy treatment can take 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

I also offer five-session packages at a reduced price per session.

Energy treatment

Length of working together

Overall, I shall accompany you over a period of 6 to 12 months. Following that, as a rule, you have all the instruments on board to develop that which you achieved further.

Meditation

The direct path

The fundamental basis of this form of energy work is ‘The Direct Path‘, a set of techniques developed by Christian Lamilhau, which I learned from him and Claudia Boeckmann between 2002 and 2007.

Energy assessment

Elements of the energy work

The energy work that I offer consists of:

  • energy assessment
  • energy treatments and
  • meditation exercises

At the beginning of the first encounter, we shall as the first step do an extensive energy assessment  together. This assessment is the foundation for the entire work that follows.

In the ensuing energy treatments, I shall use certain techniques which are applied by laying my hands on or close to your body in order to intensify your body’s energies and to resolve possible blockages. This results in a deep inner healing so that the entire energy system can realign itself.

These energy treatments shall be continued every 4 to 6 weeks.

On the days of such treatments, you should not schedule other obligations afterwards, but should plan to have time for yourself.

The energy work takes place in my studio.

The meditation exercises form the third element of this work. These techniques are designed to help protect and enhance your personal energy in everyday life.

Practicing the meditation exercises daily is essential to complement the regular energy treatments and maximize the positive effects of this work.

Foundational Kanda Meditation exercises include:

  • The Bronze Body (Kanda Meditation Level I) enhances grounding and strengthens the ability to protect your personal space.
  • The Circuit promotes the even distribution of life energy.
  • The Mantle prepares body and mind for restful sleep.

The meditation exercises are also highly beneficial on their own, independent of the other elements of energy work.

The first step is to learn Level I of the Kanda Meditation, which involves establishing the foundational structure of the Bronze Body. A one-hour introductory workshop is ideal for this purpose.

If this form of meditation resonates with you, I can gradually teach you additional techniques over time.

Alternatively, you can learn and deepen the various meditation exercises in private classes. Learning Level I of the Kanda Meditation takes about one hour.

Both options are available on-site and online.
