The Yoga Forum usually takes place once per month on site and online. It provides you with the opportunity to ask questions regarding the different aspects of yoga. This could also be an opportunity to get additional input concerning your practice.
The Yoga Forum also offers the possibility for an exchange amongst the practitioners of our community, especially for those of you who do not attend on site.
It can be bi-lingual (e.g. German and English), if need be.
Participation is included in the monthly fee. Otherwise, the cost is one class from the 10 class card (17 €) or 22 € as without a 10 class card (drop-in).
