On these evenings, there is the opportunity to do family constellations, systemic constellations, and chakra constellations in a group setting, either concerning your own question or issue, as a representative in someone else’s constellation, or as an observer.
Family and systemic constellations can reveal relationship structures. This way of looking at relationships can lead to greater understanding and positive changes – towards clarification and a good solution.
From the perspective of certain models, chakras are energy centers in the body that are important for the distribution of life energy. Chakra constellations assist in resolving inner blockages, changing detrimental behavioral patterns, and increasing energy levels.
The evening takes place in a group of at least 6 to a maximum of 15 people. Three to four topics can be addressed during one evening.
You can also participate without having a request of your own, for example, to familiarize yourself with the procedure as such or my approach to constellation work.
Prior experience with constellation work is not necessary.
