I’m passionate about supporting people to live a fulfilling life.
Since 2003, I have been accompanying individuals on their journeys through life, initially focusing on life coaching, energy work, and family constellation sessions, which I offer in groups and one-on-one settings.
In 2008, a client introduced me to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which quickly became a central part of my personal practice.
In 2010, I began teaching this yoga style. Beyond its obvious health benefits, I consider it a highly effective tool for personal growth and healing.
You can find more details about the yoga part of my journey here.
The path to my current work included the following milestones:
I studied at the Goethe University of Frankfurt, earning a Master’s degree in physics (thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysics) and a Ph.D. in medicine (in the Nephrology Department of the Frankfurt University Hospital). During this time, I worked whenever possible at Fresenius, a healthcare company that was then a medium-sized family business.
After completion of my studies, I spent 16 years as an Executive board manager at Fresenius, which developed into an internationally operating DAX company during that period.
As a top executive, I gained valuable insights into the challenges people face at all levels of an organization. These experiences inspired me to explore ways to support individuals on a deeper level.
After leaving Fresenius, I worked briefly as a business coach and consultant. However, I quickly realized that my genuine interest had always been in supporting individuals in their personal development rather than optimizing their performance within a system.
This realization led to my current work.
I am deeply grateful to everyone I have learned from and those who have put their trust in our work together. A special thanks goes to my family for their unwavering love, support, and patience.
In my private life, I love traveling to other countries, learning new languages, and immersing myself in different cultures. I am also passionate about photography and cherish quiet moments spent reading.
