This practice-oriented workshop is ideal for beginners and those returning to Pranayama.
While attending in person is recommended, participation via Zoom is also possible.
On the first morning, you will learn the preparatory exercises and core Pranayama techniques. In the following two modules, we will review and deepen your practice.
There will be ample time for questions, and you will receive a personalized practice plan tailored to your schedule.
To support you after the workshop, I offer Pranayama classes one to two evenings per week from 17:30 to 17:55 – both in my yoga studio and online. These classes are included in the monthly fee. They count as half a unit on the Ashtanga Yoga Plus ten-class pass or one unit on the ten-class pass dedicated to meditation and pranayama (corresponding to 9 €). If you participate without a ten-class card, the cost is 12 € per session.
I can also try to accommodate your needs should you be in a different time zone.
Additionally, a Pranayama refresher session is held approximately once a quarter on Sundays from 10:30 to 12:00.
I am also available for private sessions to help you further develop your Pranayama practice.
Please note: The main language of the workshop is German. English translation is available upon request.
