This practice-oriented workshop is designed for beginners and those returning to Pranayama.

Ideally, you’ll be able to attend in person, but participating online via Zoom is also possible.

On the first morning, you will learn the preparatory exercises and the core Pranayama techniques. In the following two modules, we will review and deepen the practice.

There will be plenty of time for questions, and you will also receive a personalized practice plan tailored to your schedule.

If needed, I can also provide an English translation.

To support you after the workshop, I offer Pranayama classes one to two evenings per week from 17:30 to 17:55 – on-site and online (included in the monthly fee). Additionally, a Pranayama refresher session is held about once a quarter on Sundays from 10:30 to 12:00 (also included in the monthly fee). I am also, of course, available for private sessions to help you further develop your Pranayama practice.

Note: The main language of the workshop is German. Translation into English is available upon request.
