Description
In our hectic world, meditation offers a valuable refuge.
At the heart of the Kanda Meditation is the conscious use of the life force, known as “prana” in yoga. Through this, we develop inner strength and experience a deeper connection to something greater than ourselves. We draw from our deepest energy reservoir, the “kanda”, as it is known in yoga.
The basic level of this meditation practice is particularly focused on grounding and protection.
To deepen the meditation, it is essential to practice it regularly on your own. To support this, I offer a 25-minute guided group meditation via Zoom early in the morning once a week (included in the monthly membership, or available as a ten-class pass for 90 €, reduced price 50 €).
My own meditation journey began over 50 years ago. I have been practicing this form of meditation almost daily for over 20 years. Its roots lie in Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, and the teachings of my former teacher Christian Lamilhau. Under the name “Kanda Meditation,” I have integrated these powerful practices into the context of yoga and have been sharing them for over 10 years.
