Kanda meditation level I (online, in German)

The Kanda is the deepest reservoir of our life energy. Through meditation, we can direct it more consciously and use it in our daily lives to experience more strength and protection.

Starting with simple exercises (such as the Belt, the Bowl, and Bronze Man I), we lay the foundation for grounding and stability. Over time, you will learn more advanced techniques, such as the Microcosmic Orbit, the Mantle, and further levels of the Bronze Man.

Participation in the guided meditations is included in the monthly membership. Otherwise, the sessions cost €9 with a ten-class card or €11 without.

A personal initiation is required, either through private lessons or in one of the regularly scheduled introductory workshops.

This meditation style was developed by my teacher Christian Lamilhau in the Taoist tradition, and I have adapted it to the context of yoga.
