Through this, we develop inner strength and experience a deeper connection to something greater than ourselves. We draw from our deepest energy reservoir, the &#8220;Kanda&#8221;, as it is known in yoga.<\/p>\n<p>The foundational level of this meditation practice is focused on grounding and protection and prepares for the higher forms of meditation.<\/p>\n<p>To deepen the meditation, it is essential to practice it regularly on your own. To support this, I offer a 25-minute guided group meditation via Zoom early in the morning once a week. This session is included in the monthly fee. Alternatively, it counts as half a unit on the Ashtanga Yoga Plus ten-class pass or one unit on the ten-class pass dedicated to meditation and pranayama (corresponding to 9 \u20ac). If you participate without a ten-class card, the cost is 12 \u20ac per session.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re in a different time zone, I will try to accommodate your needs.<\/p>\n<p>My own meditation journey began over 50 years ago. I have been practicing this form of meditation almost daily for over 20 years. Its roots lie in Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, and the teachings of my former teacher Christian Lamilhau. Idealerweise kannst Du vor Ort teilnehmen, eine Teilnahme online ist jedoch auch m\u00f6glich.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Am ersten Vormittag erlernst Du die Vorbereitungs\u00fcbungen sowie die eigentlichen Pranayama-Techniken.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In den beiden folgenden Modulen wiederholen und vertiefen wir die \u00dcbungen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nEs besteht ausreichend Raum zur Besprechung von Fragen. Zus\u00e4tzlich erh\u00e4ltst Du ein individuelles \u00dcbungsprogramm, das sich an Deinen zeitlichen M\u00f6glichkeiten orientiert. Bei Bedarf kann ich eine \u00dcbersetzung ins Englische anbieten. Zur weiteren Unterst\u00fctzung im Anschluss an den Workshop biete ich einmal pro Woche abends von 17:30 bis 17:55 Uhr vor Ort und online Pranayama-Unterricht an (im Monatsbeitrag enthalten, sonst 9 \u20ac pro Klasse). Ungef\u00e4hr einmal pro Quartal findet au\u00dferdem sonntags von 10:30 bis 12:00 Uhr eine Pranayama-Auffrischung statt (im Monatsbeitrag enthalten, sonst 18 \u20ac pro Veranstaltung).
