Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Upon submission of your withdrawal request, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).<\/p>\n

Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.<\/p>\n

Early Commencement of Services<\/h2>\n

When booking yoga classes, workshops, private coaching sessions, or other services, you may expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

In this case, if you withdraw from the contract, you may be required to pay reasonable compensation for services already rendered.<\/p>\n

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

The right of withdrawal for service contracts expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that we began performing the service only after you:<\/p>\n

  • expressly consented to the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expired,<\/li>\n
  • expressly requested the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expired, and<\/li>\n
  • acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
