In my experience, the best way to find the one that suits you best is by trying different methods. Even 10 minutes can help you approach the day with greater clarity, focus, and calm.<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; locked=&#8221;off&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Guided Meditations<\/h3>\n<p>To support integration into daily life and for those who enjoy meditating together, I offer online guided meditations for the different levels on weekday mornings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level I: Fridays<\/li>\n<li>Level II\/III: Tuesdays<\/li>\n<li>Level IV: Thursdays and Sundays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meditations start at 6.00 am on weekdays and last about 25 minutes. On Sundays, they begin at 7.00 am and last about 40 minutes (including a short chanting session).<\/p>\n<p>The guided meditations are included in the monthly fee. If you practice using the general Ashtanga Yoga Plus ten-class card, each meditation session counts as half a unit on the card. Alternatively, you can purchase a &#8220;small&#8221; ten-class card for meditation (and Pranayama), which costs half as much as the general ten-class card. Some of these practices date back thousands of years and are integral to Eastern and Western religious traditions, while others are modern methods with no religious context. In Yoga, meditation is, for example, one of the limbs of the eightfold path.<\/p>\n<p>There are many different types of meditation. The most well-known include mindfulness meditation, mantra meditation (such as Transcendental Meditation), Vipassana meditation, and Zazen meditation.<\/p>\n<p>Common elements of meditation include practicing in a quiet space with minimal distractions, adopting a specific posture (often seated or lying down, though walking meditations also exist), and focusing the mind on an anchor. This anchor could be a word (e.g., a mantra), an object, a specific practice sequence, or simply the breath. In cases of deep depression, in psychoses, certain forms of epilepsia and a few mental illnesses, meditation is not appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>It is also important to find the meditation style most suitable you.<\/p>\n<p>For many people \u201csitting still\u201d is a big challenge \u2013 for them dynamic meditation styles for instance Ashtanga Yoga are more suitable.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][\/et_pb_accordion][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;0px||||false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||0px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>My personal path to the Kanda meditation<\/h3>\n<p>For me personally, meditation has helped me since my adolescence to cope with stress and moments of upheaval in my life. It is an important source of strength and a path to more understanding and inner guidance.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, I practiced simple meditation the breath, then for about a decade mantra meditation (concretely transcendental meditation).<\/p>\n<p>The meditation techniques that I have been practicing since 2002 have been taught to me by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelastchallenge.com\/voie-directe\/\">Christian Lamilhau<\/a>. They are partially derived from Taoism, Qi Gong and Tibetan Buddhism, partially Christian himself.<\/p>\n<p>I have \u201ctranslated\u201d these techniques into the space of yoga, under the heading of \u201cKanda meditation\u201d. The effectiveness of meditation requires regular practice over an extended period.<\/p>\n<p>Today, numerous scientifically valid studies demonstrate the positive effects of regular meditation on mental and physical health. Of course, the type of meditation chosen also plays a significant role.<\/p>\n<p>Certain forms of meditation can help with high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety disorders, and insomnia. Sie sind teilweise Jahrtausende alt und Bestandteil \u00f6stlicher und westlicher Religionen, teilweise auch moderne Methoden ohne religi\u00f6sen Kontext. Im Yoga ist <strong>Meditation <\/strong>beispielsweise eines der Glieder des achtgliedrigen Pfades, als Dhyana (<em>dhy\u0101na<\/em>, \u0927\u094d\u092f\u093e\u0928).<\/span>\n\n<span>Es gibt unterschiedliche Arten der <strong>Meditation<\/strong>. Bekannt sind beispielsweise die Achtsamkeitsmeditation, die Mantra Meditation (insbesondere die Transzendentale Meditation), die Vipassana und die Zazen Meditation.<\/span>\n\n<span>Gemeinsame Elemente sind h\u00e4ufig die Durchf\u00fchrung an einem ruhigen Ort mit m\u00f6glichst wenig Ablenkung, eine bestimmte Haltung (im Sitzen oder Liegen, aber auch im Gehen) sowie ein Anker f\u00fcr den Verstand (ein bestimmtes Wort - z.B. ein Mantra -, ein Objekt, ein \u00dcbungsablauf, h\u00e4ufig einfach der Atem). Idealerweise ist auch <strong>Ashtanga Yoga<\/strong> eine Form der <strong>Meditation<\/strong> - Meditation in der Bewegung.<\/span>\n\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\"1_2,1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.4.8\"][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.4.5\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.6.3\" custom_padding=\"||0px|||\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]\n\n<strong>Meditation<\/strong>&nbsp;hat mir seit meiner Jugend immer wieder sehr geholfen, mit Stress und Umbruchsituationen in meinem Leben gut umzugehen. Sie ist mir eine wichtige Kraftquelle und ein Weg zu mehr Erkenntnis und innerer F\u00fchrung.\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Zu Anfang habe ich \u00fcber Jahrzehnte reine Atemmeditation praktiziert, dann \u00fcber ca. 10 Jahre Mantra Meditation (konkret Transzendentale Meditation). <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die von mir s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">eit 2002 praktizierten Meditations\u00fcbungen habe ich von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelastchallenge.com\/voie-directe\/\">Christian Lamilhau<\/a> erlernt. Sie stammen die zum Teil aus dem Taoismus, dem Qi Gong und dem tibetischen Buddhismus, zum Teil hat Christian sie selbst entwickelt.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ich habe die Techniken in den Raum des Yoga \u201e\u00fcbersetzt\u201c, unter der \u00dcberschrift \u201eKanda Meditation\u201c. Das Kanda ist der tiefste Sitz unserer Lebensenergie im K\u00f6rper \u2013 auf einer tieferen Ebene als die Chakren.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Inzwischen gebe ich einen Teil dieser \u00dcbungen unter der \u00dcberschrift \"Kanda Meditation\" weiter. <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Zum Erlernen der Grundtechniken ist am besten Privatunterricht oder eine Teilnahme an den regelm\u00e4\u00dfig angebotenen Einf\u00fchrungsseminare geeignet, beides sowohl vor Ort wie auch online m\u00f6glich.<\/span>\n\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.6.3\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]\n\nNach dem Erlernen der Grundtechniken (G\u00fcrtel, Schale, 1. Wirksamkeit von <strong>Meditation<\/strong> setzt die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Durchf\u00fchrung \u00fcber eine l\u00e4ngere Zeit voraus.<\/span>\n\n<span>Mittlerweile gibt es eine Reihe wissenschaftlich fundierter Studien, die eine positive Wirkung regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Meditation auf die geistige&nbsp;wie die k\u00f6rperliche Gesundheit nachweisen. Nat\u00fcrlich kommt es dabei auch auf die Art der Meditation an, die man ausw\u00e4hlt.<\/span>\n\n<span>Bestimmte Meditationsformen helfen bei erh\u00f6htem Blutdruck, bei Reizdarmsyndrom, Angstst\u00f6rungen, Schlaflosigkeit. Kognitive F\u00e4higkeiten wie die Konzentrationsf\u00e4higkeit werden verbessert.
